Do I need a prescription to see a physiotherapist?
A prescription is required for reimbursement by AMO or an insurer, and it guides your treatment. If you don't have one yet, contact us and we'll advise you.
What should I bring to my first session?
Your prescription, any scans or reports (X-ray, MRI, surgery report), your insurance details and comfortable clothes.

Usually 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the treatment. The first session, including the assessment, may take a little longer.
