Frequently asked questions

How do I book an appointment?

The easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp or call. You can also fill in the form on the Contact page and we'll get back to you quickly.

Do I need a prescription to see a physiotherapist?

A prescription is required for reimbursement by AMO or an insurer, and it guides your treatment. If you don't have one yet, contact us and we'll advise you.

What should I bring to my first session?

Your prescription, any scans or reports (X-ray, MRI, surgery report), your insurance details and comfortable clothes.

How long does a session last?

Usually 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the treatment. The first session, including the assessment, may take a little longer.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your condition, how long you've had it and your goals. The number of sessions is agreed with your doctor and adjusted after the physiotherapist's assessment.
